ABOUT SAVANNAH


Prior to joining Lan Smith Sosolik & Johnston, Savannah graduated from Baylor School of Law, where she served as an Executive Editor of the Baylor Law Review and was president of the Student Bar Association. Savannah received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Louisiana Tech University.


Savannah’s practice encompasses the full slate of estate and succession planning, from preparation of wills and trusts, as well as the support documents such as the powers of attorney, directives, and declarations of guardians.  Her practice further expands into working with clients on all aspects arising in the life-cycle of a business, from entity selection and formation, through legal issues that arise in the day-to-day operation of the business, as well as structuring and executing the sale of a business.  Savannah is also capable of advising on the tax and accounting issues arising in these areas.
